This Gerrards Cross home was taken back to its structure and redesigned to create a spacious, modern
family house. The new layout includes two large living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, seven
bedrooms, and nine bathrooms — all planned with clarity, comfort, and everyday practicality in mind.
The interiors were rebuilt with a calm, contemporary aesthetic: warm timber, stone surfaces, soft
lighting, and clean lines throughout. The main kitchen, with its generous island and refined detailing,
has become the centre of the home. Bathrooms were redesigned with marble and warm wood to
create a consistent sense of quiet luxury.
A full loft conversion added valuable living space, and the original dormer windows were replaced
with full‐height glazing. This change brought in far more natural light and gave the exterior a sharper,
more modern look.
The result is a home that feels open, balanced, and thoughtfully put together — a complete
transformation shaped by careful planning and a focus on making every part of the property truly
enjoyable.
